A Plea for the Physical

    I am always a more physical or sporty guy.  I like hiking in the woods, and particularly love a sweaty workout.  However, I do take the elevator, and I like it a lot better than stairs...  I also like to check my e-mails though.  Anyway, I still prefer physical activities than the sedentary in most of the parts.  I cannot really give specific reasons to tell why.  I just very simply like the feeling when I run, jump, and compete in games, as a boy.  I started to play basketball when I was young, and it is now such an essential part of my life.  Not only basketball, but all kinds of physical activities including working out are now the ways I improve my physical abilities, and defeat my stress.

  1. Good to see you realize the benefits of being physically active! I think a preference this will help you maintain physical and mental health in the long-run! You're right. It does help alleviate stress. Keep it up!
